Courses
What a course holds, and how lectures, files, and assignments fit inside it.
A course holds everything for one class: its lectures, files, assignments, notes and review queue.
Creating and editing a course
- Create a course from Courses. The course name is optional.
- Open the course's settings to edit its details: name, course code, professor, semester, location, meeting days and times, and description.
- Banner: pick a pattern or build a custom gradient (linear, radial or conic, with your own angle and colors). The preview picks light or dark title text automatically, or you can set the text color yourself.
- Lifecycle: a course can be active, completed or archived. Archived courses drop out of your main list without being deleted.
Course pages
- Overview: course details, quick links, upcoming assignments and recent lectures.
- Lectures: every lecture in the course. Start a new one from here.
- Files: course-wide files and folders, such as a syllabus or handouts. You can attach files to lectures, assignments or notes.
- Assignments: assignments with due dates. You can also add an assignment from a Quick note in a lecture, and it stays in sync with this list.
- Notes: course-level notes that aren't tied to a single lecture.
- Review: the review queue of flagged moments from every lecture in the course.
Quick links
Add links to your course overview for things like the LMS page, a textbook or a discussion board. Each link shows an icon for its type, and the links appear in a grid.
