Data, access, and support
This page describes the behavior currently available in the preview. It is not an accessibility conformance report or an institutional privacy agreement.
Recording and transcription
Record only when you have permission. Recording and lecture completion are separate actions. Completed audio can be reviewed in its lecture when upload succeeds. The transcription setting applies to future segment uploads; changing it does not transcribe audio already saved.
Export and deletion
The account export is JSON for structured learning data. It excludes original file and audio bytes, but new exports list separate, sign-in-required download links for available files and recording segments. There is no restore/import tool. Account data controls also offer permanent deletion of learning data while retaining sign-in identity and job receipts.
Limits and retention
Settings show the current storage usage and upload threshold. A published plan, monthly recording allowance, audio expiration schedule, and service-closure retrieval process are not available in this preview. Do not assume a semester-long retention guarantee from the storage meter.
Institutional and accessibility information
A storage-region commitment, subprocessor list, AI-training statement, institutional retention controls, and VPAT/ACR are not published here yet. The PDF viewer has a page-text alternative for text PDFs, but keyboard and screen-reader validation is still required; scanned slides may need an accessible source document.
